The client wanted this stretch of retaining wall straighten and rebuilt where the old laurel bushes roots had overpowered the wall making it bend and twist and in one place collapse.
Firstly, the groundworkers removed the laurels bushes and dug down with a digger to remove the roots and take back the back to a safe level.
The wall was then taken down and the base stones straightened. It was rebuilt using all recycled old stones with new grey walling stone added. It was topped off with new upright toppers.
Nice view...!
